Nathan Heywood, also known as Citizen Steel, is a superhero in the DC Comics universe. He made his first appearance in Justice Society of America Vol. 3 #1 (2007).
He is the grandson of Commander Steel, a member of the Justice Society of America. Nathan initially lacked powers but gained his abilities after being injured by a villain named Reichsmark. The metallic skin and superhuman strength and stamina he acquired transformed him into Citizen Steel.
As Citizen Steel, Nathan became a member of the Justice Society of America, fighting alongside other heroes to protect the world.
